Wrinkles appear for many reasons. As we grow older our skin cells lose their natural ability to produce collagen and elastin and the proteins which bind the cells together to reduce wrinkles and give smoother skin. 1. Thanks for sharing this, my question is, do I have to wait till wrinkles start showing before starting with this these tips or can I start right away?

    • No you dont! The body actually starts to show signs of aging from the age of 30.The process may be faster in some and slower in others depending on diet, genetic makeup and skin care know how. My advice is to start as soon as possible. If you start early, you could actually delay the appearance of wrinkles.

  2. Thanks for this write up. Some lines have started showing on my forehead and have really been a source of worry 4 me. Its been attributed to stress and lack of proper skin care which i am very well guilty of. Do you train people and skin care and make up? What are your charges like?
